In its latest March 2020 Newsletter, MOSAICS partner EURO-CIU, the European Association for Cochlear Implant Users, raises awareness for the specific challenges encountered during the current CoVID-19 pandemic. EURO-CIU highlights the importance of following governmental guidelines while still providing an inclusive and accessible environment for those with hearing impairments.
We support their call for improved accessibility to communication for CI users and all those with hearing impairments, especially during the pandemic.
